The Hotel Rössle is located in a quiet location in the commune Dobel, in the picturesque Black Forest region.

Tradition and modernity
The Hotel Rössle was first mentioned in 1520 as a tavern.
Since 1704 the hotel has belonged to the family Barth for 8 generations.
The German writer Johann Peter Hebel was enchanted by the aura of this inn when he spent his vacation in Dobel in August 1799. Later, one of the rooms in the hotel even got his name and today is known as Hebelstube.
In 2015 the hotel acquired new owners. The new owners breathed new life into the hotel and carried out a large-scale repair, combining modern design solutions and historical traditions.
